no slots avaliable reconnect time

when i have downloads queded and the user is online but has no slots avaliable bcdc++ retries every 1 minute or something is this "raping" there connection,if so how do i lengthen the retry time.

DC++ retries every minute (if you're active). That's not raping as I know it. Always run the latest version, otherwise, there's a chance you're experiencing a bug.
