DC++ (0.68) uses wrong settings

Hello.

I've noticed on fuldc (using dc++ 0.68) that the settings are copied from the xml incorrectly;

I also asked around and found out someone with DC++ 0.68 (not fuldc) also had this problems and he removed his xml files.

yup it's a bug in fulDC it'll be fixed in the next version, meanwhile once you've corrected the values they'll be loaded correctly.

ofcourse, but doesnt it look silly? and after the update i presume he updates it after 0.68 gets a "Stable" status, I have to change it afterwords


just noticed, its even more randomly places in the XML file than it is shown
