2 File missmatch recovery program

Hi!

I read somewhere that there is a program that can analise a bad bin/iso file, and creates a logfile from it, that u can send to someone who has the good file, and the prog analises the good one matches the diferences and creates what the bad one misses and creates a patch file from it to fix the bad bin/iso.
Does someone know the programs name, and where to find it?
