Artists against 419 has launch a new �service� called 'The Lad Vampire.' It refreshes pictures hotlinked from fake banks & lotteries. By now they have over 2000 fake banks & lotteries in their database just waiting to be closed, and The Lad Vampire has closed over 200banks. The meaning is to create a mass of traffic on the fake banks homepage that it will become unreachable. The Lad Vampire is a really good interactive which anyone should support.

That was my response to your initial post. What is 419? It's associated with Nigerian spams, but the connection betweem that and your post isn't obvious.
