VPU RECOVER

HELLO ALL .

I HAVE A PROBLEM, AND I BELIEVE I'M NOT THE ONLY 1:
WHILE PLAYING GAMES, lets say fifa 06 or nhl 06 and other games , i get a msg that my 3d accelorator is not reponding and vpu recover had to stop the action ( thr game)

and then i need to restart to pc again cause it becomes slower .

what can i do to solve it ? ?

i have the most updated drivers and i tried anything possible .

i have p4 3GHZ 512 mem 80 gb hd and ati raedon x300 128mb.
