forum for ask and offer files

I use DC++ for 2 months now and it is great, but some files stops downloading after a while, and absoluty won't continue, even when I have downloaded several filelists, I see in the downloadqueue 3 or even more users for a file and nothings happends.
and now I'm thinking: it would be great to make a forum where people can ask for files wich they cannot find, that is the way to make from DC++ 1 big downloadservice
in that forum people can offer files where some people are searching for, maby for a long time, and other people can react on it, ofcourse they have to tell the hub where they are most of the time and their name. and maby more important: people can ask for files where they searching for, maby for a long time and other people can react on it,
people can also email someone by the opening the profile, I'm searching for a few missing parts of best motoring, it would be a perfect solution I think
