Manually send files to an user

Manually send files to an user

Will be great to have the posibility to invite a user who is chatting by private message with us, of getting a specified file we select on our HD. The user could be asked to accept the transfer and if do, then it start...

This kind of transfers could be limited at once at a time (so the oters transfers wont be high affected in speed), and the colours in progress bars could be different than in normal transfers (blue/yellow for example)...

Your proposals sound pretty well fleshed out, why don't you enter them in Bugzilla right away? This is not a feature request forum.
