problems with conection timeout

I OD INSTALL THE D++ VERSION 0,674

I PUT THE PORTS COORECTLY
I GO TO THE HUBS AND I AM COONECTING

BUT WHEN I GO IN ONE USER AND I DO GET FILE LIST
THE STATUS DOWN IN THE BAR
IT SHOWS COONECTING AND AFTER 1 MINUTE IT SHOWS COONECTING TIMEOUT

WHAT CAN I DO IN THIS CASE
IT IS MY FIRST TIME WHICH N I USE D++
CAN YOU TELL ME STEP BY STEP
WHAT I HAVE TO DO

i have 3com wireless 11g firewall rooter model 542

and i have swith off everything off
firewalls

the ip where it shows

in the link where you go to see the ip which you have

when i do setup the ports
