The hub is good. My neighbour says that the hub is always working. He never had problems with that hub.
I have in favorite hubs about 15 hubs. I work with them every day. I have my hub too, in favotites but is the only one that is not working. Only 2 messages:
*** Connecting to dc.peering.ro... And after one minute
*** Connection timeout
I have tried about 5 or 6 programs for downloading: LDC, StrongDC, StrongDC r10, PeerwebDC, ODC- they are working exactly like DC++.
There is only one difference. In StrongDC after these 2 messeges there is a third message: Disconnected. But he is not connecting at all.
In 3 months i have found just one another hub to whom my computer is not connecting with the same problem.
