upload problem

Hi,

some of people downloading my stuff (mostly movies) download several times the same thing because they catch a wrong file size. It does not happen for a small file (music is not concerned) and not everybody for big files, but most of them.

For exemple, i have a movie sizing 700Mo, the upload tab indicates a user is downloading a 450Mo file... Why is that and most of all, how can I fix it before someone complains and I get kicked of the hub ?

I don't know if it's important but ZoneAlarm is running (3.7, free version)
