Problem downloading

Can ne one help me? Ive been doing fine so far with DC++ until today. I went about my daily routine and tried downloading some .cbz files for some comic books and any user i try to download from it says, cannot find target file: acces is denied. Now ive never gotten this message before and ive been downloading almost every day without a problem. Oh and im running Bizarro DC++ although im not sure what my version is. Can someone please tell me whats wrong with my DC++.
