Is there a way to copy downloaded filelists

Is there a way to copy downloaded filelists to an external database, (for example access), or to a cataloguing program, like whereisit, or AFD ( a freeware cataloguing program)

I'm hosting a specialty (classical music)hub, and would like to be able to have a central list of all available classical music , for the convenience of users.

I suspect most classical music is public domain, but I can't verify that, so I'm locking his account.
