PandomaX allows users to time-shift songs - Record now listen later. It is similar to Tivo for Television -- a cable DVR( Digital Video Recorder ) -- except it’s for audio... . I guess you can call it a DAR (Digital Audio Recorder) specifically for Pandora.com’s broadcasts.

Time shifting should fall under fair use (it was part of the court case when VCRs came out)... but it's not something that I feel comfortable having on the forum. This guy is related to the DC++ derivative in his signature, though? I'll avoid locking his account for now.
