File Hashing.. Pain in my A$$!

I have been using Dc++ for many years now with no real signifigant problems. Ever since I downloaded v.0.691 I have been having real issues regarding hashing and hubs.

My problem is that even though I have hashed all 100GB of my music the very first time I installed the new version, it still will not show up 9/10 times. It is really a pain to have to rehash all your files again, and I don't even know if that is necessary but when I go into "sharing" it says I have a 0mb share.

This wouldn't be a big deal but all of my favorite hubs (set to autoconnect) don't let me in and redirect me to other crappier hubs cause my share isn't up to par. What is the deal with this?
