In what context? DC++ has a search spy. Is Spybot the name of a hub script, or... what?
(obviously nothing jumps to mind)

Spybot Search and Destroy is a program much like AdAware that will scan your computer for adware/spyware/malware/etc, and then remove it from your system. I've never personally used it.
