Should be "Browse the newest Fourms" typo fixed

I've seen this typo on http://dcplusplus.sourceforge.net/index.php?page=support million times and I wonder why it is still there.

On the other side I feel nostalgy, because it is there for ages and I became used to it. It is inherent to DC++ just as "Connection timed out"

Should it be fixed?

Well, I fixed it, if you want the old spelling back, I can do that.

I also got rid of (<!-- commented out -->) the reference to dcpp.pastmidnight.com.
