DCH++ freezes up, eats up 97% CPU

I'm running DCH++ 1.0 on Gentoo. In the past week or so my hub's locked up. We average close to 100 users and other stuff on the server (apache, ssh) are fine. The things I notice every time is search spam notices right before the lockup, and then the hub is eating up over 97% CPU. The logs don't show anything unusual that I can tell. Any ideas where to look for the cause?

Attach to the process with gdb, that should give more information and a hint about where it's stuck...
