i was thinking that C# could be used to make a Gui hub interface/bot
it could log pm messages, log ins, bans, kicks, etc through itself

You could probably make a Bot that does the logging and stuff.. if you make the bot OP, you could make it kick/ban someone..

When it somes to settings you can make the app parse the xml-files to some nice "Settings-Editor".

Nothing is imposible ;-p
