Does DCH++ support dns resolving for hublist reg servert? I would like to add hublist.dyndns.org:2501 and not 1.2.3.4:2501 because maybe it has a changing ip.

Must be your DNS having issues. Mine is working fine...
<Server>vandel405.dynip.com:2501</Server>

I'd like to ask if i change RegistrationServers in dchpp.xml, do I need a reboot or enough to do a +refresh ?

Looks like you need to restart, since +settting Server is not a valid query from the hub.
