I was just in a Yhub based hub and their user commands had sub-menus. Is it possible to do this with DCH++?

Yes.

SimpleLog and Opcom already create their own submenus. If you want to add more menus with submenus, use UserCommands.lua as a template. Just add \\ to the text section. DC++ will automatically create submenus when it sees a \ in a UserCommand.
