0.19-features

first of all; 0.19 is running very nicely on my music hub now, with about 130-160 users in avg.

now that I got my bot running, the only feature i'm still missing is having reasons attached to a banned IP / nick.

the reason should be entered when banning the IP; like
+ban ip 0.0.0.0 the reason

the user would see the reason when trying to connect which would save the ops from having his friends coming in asking why he is banned all the time.... and the reason should also be on the +showbanned list ofcourse.. so that the ops can remember it, too =)

I think this is a very handy feature.. what do you think?

aDe, I hate to have to do this, but:

* Adapted +banxxx and +allowip commands to take a description. Time becomes mandatory if you want a desc...

problem with the OpComExtra in .19. The -warn commands seem to work only for -warn nick.

I like the -masspm though. and Self-reg in the hub software itself! yay!

in the 19-1 version, when I added masspm/chatto I fixed warn-ip,
and it works fine here..

if +regme is done when the user is already registered, it is ignored and echoed out to all other users, including the password ofcourse. please fix this... =) it has happened about 10 times already then ops need to unreg them and they need a new password yadda yadda..

- fixed help a bit (added '[description]')
- fixed so someone with userlevel 4 does not demote himself to userlevel 1 when using +regme to change his password
- added optional viewing of only banned ip's or nick's (+showbanned [ip|nick])

I extended arne's DCPPChecker and called it HubRules (so.. don't use both)
please see the xml for more info (yes aDe, slotsperhub ;) )
