UserStats script

Quick and simple dch++ lua script to produce simple user stats. Records the number of users and total share at the specified interval.

Two commands available:
+userstats: displays the current, lowest seen, highest seen and mean users/total share seen since last restart/reset.
+resetuserstats: resets the user stats counters.

Uploaded a new version (in the same place) that fixes some things I was doing in a stupid manner and now also displays mean share per user.
