vandel pinger and more

the reason why dch++ hubs didn't show up on the vandel list anymore (even when using opcomextra) is that the vandel's dynamic IP has changed.

other notes:
I've renamed SearchKick to FileChecker. don't use it yet, as it uses a LuaScript function that is not implemented (dchpp.formatBytes)
