0.16 is up...same place as usual (minimum IQ download check =)
dchpp:
* Enabled SO_KEEPALIVE for client sockets
* Fixed so that $Quit is not sent unless the client disconnecting has actaully been logged in
* Big (uhm, as much as the BUFFER_SIZE setting) per-user memory save thanks to different buffer handling
* Some changes to the socket code to make sure it's stable, might create some problems with disconnecting people
(complain if it does)
OpCom:
* Linux: Fixed the CPU time used so that it shows child processes as well (what threads end up as)...this should make
it more accurate...
LuaScript:
* All dchpp functions and events moved into the "dchpp" namespace (table). They now have to be called with
"dchpp.functionname()"
* Added "dchpp.foreach" that will call a function for each client online with the client as argument
(compare to table.foreach)
* Added "dchpp.getUserCount()"
* Added "dchpp.clientActiveSearch" event
* Added "dchpp.clientPassiveSearch" event
* "$GetINFO|" is now supressed in the dchpp.clientLine event. This is to avoid performance problems when a new
client logs in and sends <numusers> $GetINFO's (for 1000 users that would make 1000 lua calls for each login).
* Added "dchpp.unknownCommand" event

never blindly overwrite configuration files. in this case it was access.xml, but I guess you edited dchpp.xml, opcom.xml, luascript.xml dcppchecker.xml as well.
in the xml's nothing (substantial) has changed, so you would have been best off keeping your old xml's
