could some one tell me if thee is a way to bypass or get around the share limits on DC++ or ... well...
i have a 3 gig hd (yes i know sad) i want to tell DC that im sharing X ammount without actually sharing that much... if possible

There is a way....it's called fake sharing. And most people, such as myself, have an intense hatred for it, so alas you won't find out where to get it from me. I just banned a few people for doing that in the hub I op for today .

There are a few good 1 GB hubs around which you might be able to get into.

I am beginning to worry that the level of the dc++ community is deteriorating. Just previously some "genius" asked about porn to "give to friends" and now this post. O tempores o mores or something. Well maybe mediocrity is the price of popularity...
