There are statistics built into Ptokax, you can turn it on in Advanced Options, but it's not all that robust. If your going to use it, you'll need to also check the Enable WebServer box (also in Advanced Options). Then you can do some manual customization to the html files in Ptokax\html\webstats.

As to the MS ACCESS thing... maybe somebody told you that you could use Microsoft Access, a database program to store your hub statistics? I know the popular *nix stats programs need MySQL (another database service) to work.
