Each user is allowed one vote, and a max of one vote per bug.

I think something slightly higher, like 5, would be better than 1.

Opinions/thoughts (especially from you, arne)?

Oh, only one vote in total? Misconfiguration then...I think we can even allow for 20, I doubt people will go on a voting spree...

Indeed. One vote in total seems a bit miserly. A higher value would definitely be a good idea. One vote per bug is appropriate though.

Maybe a karma system? For each bug reported, you get 5 votes. For each feature request, you loose 10 votes =)
