default hublists in DC++

maybe remove the 2nd default hublist (http://dc.selwerd.nl/hublist.xml.bz2) because that one has been down for ages and won't come up again i think.
You can send a message around the world in 1/7 of a second; yet it may take several years to move a simple idea through a 1/4 inch of human skull.

Aye, and there are options for replacement.

i know i can replace it, but i was thinking about all those other DC users

i mean it's kind of pointless to include it as default in the releases cause it's never coming back online anyways...

adding the ADC list would be good for the ADC promotion, even though there are only 2 hubs in it yet :D
