re-open unclosed PMs at startup

Sometimes when your computer crash, you need to go to the log folder to see if you had PMs you hadn't seen yet. Wouldn't be handy that DC++ automaticaly opens back unclosed PMs at startup ? Just an idea :-)

Carry on dc++ developpers!! you are giving us such a great tool
