I would really love it if in a future version, I could disable the crazy downloading of users' file lists when adding new sources. 99% of the time, I have no use for it, and it's quite annoying.

Settings --> Advanced --> Automatically match queue for auto search hits
Read the changelog for information about the feature.

Everyone is supposed to download from the hubs, - I don´t know why, but I never do anymore.
