Auto Reconnect (Better)

Allow the user to set the time in which DC++ wates to reconnect. If it is set to 0 then it does it right after it is disconnected.

You can't wait the random ~2 minutes DC++ takes to reconnect? Why must you be so inpatient?

Instant reconnect can be bad for a number of reasons, busy sockets, nickname already taken etc. It would also put x100 times the amount of stress on the hub if it's full, etc.

If an adjustable reconnect time appeared in DC++, it would have a sane minimum (which 0 seconds is not), such as the two minutes that DC++ waits currently (it's designed to have a random 60s delay as well).
