Add AVI. mpeg divx etc...preview window inside dc++ ?

Woulden´t it be nice to have the abiltiy to snip a litte sample of that movie your planning to download and se what quality it is in right inside dc++.

Yes this requset could be seen as a bloated kazaa option but hey I think It can save a lot of time for people.

It *might* be a good idea to have an "open partial with..." option in the download queue, but an internal preview window is definitely bloat.
