feature request: incomplete for folders

I think it's so annoying when i have 99 folders without their proper content in my complete folder.. It would be so much better if dc++ checked with the download que and kept all folders in the incomplete folder until their proper content (the content assigned to them on the download que) has been downloaded.

Maybe some people don't like this idea (cant see why though) but in that case, it can always be made an option in the settings/download section.

It'd be easy to implement aswell. No major coding needed.

As this as already been requested, it would be great if you could provide a patch, since you seem to have a good idea on the way to achieve this.
