If I am downlating a file rather slowly and for exemple an user with lan connection has a slot free could'nt DC++ change and choose that user for the download
It is easy to do manualy but you have to be present

Switching to a faster source is something that a number of users have asked for. It's also in the feature request tracker on sourceforge. Once someone feels like implementing it, it'll be added.
