Favorite users - priority

I haven't managed to find out where you add people to the Favorite Users-list.
A simple rightclick on someones nickname would be a welcome feature.

Also, in an all too common scenario:
I'm queing a 200 mb file from, say 10 users, I'd like DC++ to try the ones in my favorite userslist first. Since I would add the ones I get good speeds from in there.

yep its there.
no idea what it does tho
should have a pop up buddy list with some menues on it or something but i see nothing
at least not in .22
