Remove source when speed < X
I would love to be able to specify a minimum download speed limit, and when a download goes below that limit, the source is removed.

That sounds better, and DC++ could also take notes about which user was the faster one and then use that user even if it's below the requested speed. It would do so for say 20 minutes and then try again. Amount of minutes might be a setting as well. Will implement this in pDC++ when segmented downloading is 100% done (only 95% now...). http://www.lowertech.net/pdcpp
