request a new feature

I would like to request a new feature. Block a upload nic. Because some people are soo rude when uploading from you. I would like to block a nick from uploading from me. They want to upload but not share anything even a file list. Its not fair. Can you make this happen for me?
I Would really appreciate this feature.

Never going to happen as far as arnetheduck is concerned. It's in the Rejected Features Tracker:

If people won't share their file lists, report them to a hub op, who will take appropriate action. If the person *is* a hub op, find yourself another hub, pronto!
