Ok then... "Pause" iis the choice to stop downloading anything, right? Now "pause" state is on the same level as other priority setting commands. But what if I wanna just pause downloading all files from one user but force downloading from another? And I wanna then continue download from first user with same priority settings. In other words - I wanna "pause" not to be a "priorirty" level but a separate state. I wanna "pause" downloading from user or for one file. Then I wanna remove "pause" state and continue download with priority level same as this file had before this. Example: I assembled several files to download from one user. I set them priorities. Most wanted is "highest" and so on till "lowest". Ok. most wanted file comes to me. But, damn! I Found a file to get first! And other user has It. I wanna temporary stop downloading from all other users to free channel for this file only.
What can I do now? Set "pause" to all files downloading now. then "disconnect" them. And I must remember priorities for all paused files - I'll need them later.
What I want? Temporary set ANY downloading file(s) to "paused" state but KEEP it in priority queue. Even files are in queue from one user (1 file comes to me at a time), then I wanna set them all to "pause" untill I want. And later remove "pause" state - then all files must keep their positions in queue. Thats' all. Any questions?

Transfer Queue Item -> Remove User From Queue.
I can't think of any other real uses for keeping a state variable per file source (which you'd have to do to pause just one source).
This is a work-around, but a perfectly reasonable one to me.

No-no-no! After this file will be marked as "no user to download from". Pausing needed when I wanna free band to download smaller or more important file.
Ugh, then existing mechanisms will suit you fine.
Your original post sounded like you wanted to pause just one source of a file.
