Automatic disconnect/remove user from queue

I think it would be nice feature that you could define lowest possible dl speed from a user, and if the dl speed is under that ~2mins after beginning of dl, dc++ would automaticly disconnect/remove that user and set that user to some list so that he wouldnt get into source list even when automaticly searching for more users...
I hate it when I get a huge queue when going away for a weekend etc and when returned find out that just few of the files has been loaded because of those < 10kB/sec sources
