Automatic disconnect/remove user from queue
I think it would be nice feature that you could define lowest possible dl speed from a user, and if the dl speed is under that ~2mins after beginning of dl, dc++ would automaticly disconnect/remove that user and set that user to some list so that he wouldnt get into source list even when automaticly searching for more users...
