Line drop timeout interval setting.

If the line dropes then DC++ tells " server closed conection".
Feature request - setting of timeout interval to no drop connection to hubs and users. Allow line rise again. Sure all users and hubs will have same IP. If not - then error state will appear and DC++ must request hub (if possible) to new IPs.

If there is some timeout in DC++ for "line dropped" state - then my request looks as: create field in settings for this timeout value.
