minimum share limit for other people do dl from me?

I was online the other day in my hub and realized that a bunch of people werent sharing any files at all and downloading tons of files from me. I was wondering if there was any plugin/way to set up a minimum share limit so that people sharing less that lets say 4 gigs could not download from me. I know that people hosting the hubs can set a limit but they decided that 20 megs was enouh which I think is lame so I woudl just like to know if there is any hope for my frustrations. :evil:

Why not just move to a hub that has a higher minimum share?

Only go to hubs with min 4gig, problem sorted.

You could speak to the hub owner and get them to raise the minimum share level. Or perhaps have a number of tiered hubs, each with a different share minumum. Or you could just start your own 4GB hub.

There are always options.
