Extra bandwith

I wonder if it would be a nice feature to have a option to grant a user 35% more bandwith, but only one user at a time.. :?:

I think this would give more efficiency to uploads

why 35%?, considering dc++ doesn't do any limiting atm would be a fair bit involved in adding this feature I'd say.

10% is fine or, some sort of priority to the smalest files going out.

Files <16k are already given priority and are transferred using three minislots.
