Can't see the files downloading, then it corrupts

When I open DC now, after i've opened the Hubs, I cannot see what I am downloading at the bottom- it is simply invisible but the program is working and still downloading. Then after a while, it corrupts and closes. Please help!!

1) are you using DC++ from this site?
2) Either delete the line containing MainFrameWidths in dcplusplus.xml or simply delete the entire file
3) DC++ closes itself? If so, post the most recent entry in Exception.txt

I have tried what you said, but nothing happened.

It has stopped corrupting. It still downloads the files but it does not display the downloads, speed, user etc.

Close DC++, delete the file dcplusplus.xml from the DC folder, then restart DC.

will fix that.... Unless you do it while DC++ is running. In which case it will do absolutely nothing.

I also assumed wigman15 may not have followed BSOD2600 advice correctly, which is why I repeated the instruction to just delete the file, sometimes it is easier, than trying to explain how to edit the file, depending on the user of course.
