packet filtering

With all the packet shaping and p2p flitering maybe on the new DC++ need to mask it like http and on same port as http that way be hard to filter it just a sugestion

Split from the Help/Support ISP filtering sticky.

Making DC++ use the same port as http is not a good solution.
1. Incoming port 80 to many residential lines is blocked, since the Code Red worm some time ago took advantage of unpatched IIS servers on cable/dsl lines.
2. The intelligent packet shaping devices already inspect packets, running DC traffic on port 80 won't help.
3. Some people already use port 80 for web services.
