hope its ok to post this here.
there is a new site setup for hub owners to advertise their hubs or network hubs. seems to be doing ok since its only been up a week, thought you lot might wanna have a snoop :wink:

if that site works then we might see a lot less spam in our hubs 8)
BTW DC++ is fully supported 100% ' Quality '

What's wrong with the Public Hublists, isn't that really a much more efficent way to solve the advertising your hub problem?

doesnt seem so. you are limited in the way you can advertise it where on that site you can post what you like and as much as you like 8)
there is also a list of great links for everything that you would need for using DC 8) 8) 8)

just a quick update:
for those of you who use DCHubAd but havent visited for a while there has been a lot of progress and many site updates. we have been working hard to collect valuable data and useful Direct Connect links that will help anyone that uses Direct Connect. we also hope to have our new hublist server working soon (pinger already works).
