Can anybody help me with this.
I 'am trying to find a program or somethink like that to
create hublist for dc hubs.

If you're a do-it-yourself'er, I think it is. If you want specific help, see if the Hublist.org people maintain a forum or hub - they've written the type of software you want to make, so they'll have first hand experience with it.
