Trying to compile the latest version of DC++

A debug compilation works very well.
But when I try to compile it as a release i get this error and can't compile it at all

II would appriciate if ANYONE could help me solve this problem. I don't know what to do! This error is just to annoying!

do you have the microsoft html help workshop installed?
check the Output tab, it should provide more info.
also, read the compile.cmd batch file from the help/ directory
