I have Hydra's diff file to patch the dc++ code, but it's for 0.242 and it gives me errors when I try and apply it. I had no problems with the STL diff file he made, and I'm confused as how to read the thing to apply the changes myself.
Yes, I have the wtl stuff "installed", the stl stuff "installed" and I do have vs.net 2003 "installed".

If you have the diff file open in a text editor, the lines beginning with minus are supposed to be removed from the file. The lines with plus in front of them need to be added... if you patched unsuccessfully, the segment that was rejected should've been saved to a *.rej file. Open that and manually edit the changes into the file it tried to apply to...
