hey...
Um.. yeah.. i read all this.. and i think i feel dumber after reading it all..
is it posible for any one to ouline the process more clearly... think along the lines of "creating a dc++ hub for dumbies"

1. Get hub software.
2. Run hub software.
3. Register hub as a public hub (optional)

Installing the hub is not nearly as complicated as running it properly, deciding who to make an OP, keeping users happy while making rules, etc.
If you're confused now, welcome to the learning curve.
