Hmm
Answer for chris
10mbit script.. means that it´s a script that keeps user with less than 10mbit bandwidht... i know that peaple in US don´t tell their bandwidht in MBIT so often... they use t1 t3 etc...
Answer for Ramboo
i don´t thinka a script can tell ethier someone has 10mbit och less... the only way you can prevent user without 10mbit is too only enable ISP:s Ip addresses that selling 10mbit connection...
a could be wrong.. but i don´t think so =)

well, there've gotta be a limited number of ISPs that offer 10mbit connections, why not just get all of their IP blocks and kick off other users after some time period? (warning them so they can pm you and have you add their range to the script)
or something... I'm interested in dc++, not hub scripts

its the swedish hubs that ban all ip ranges other than bbb u can get aDes ipblocker and use that
bbb isn't the only provider offering 10mbit connections, so I'm afraid he would end up with a script quite different than what he was looking for =)
Besides, this is an "I'm not going to waste my time reading your comments and suggestions that could help other people with the same problem as me; just send the answer directly to my email addie instead" post; which I typically don't answer, and I'm actually quite surprised the thread made is so far...
